Mother Teresa Shelter
Mother Teresa Shelter, Inc. was incorporated in August 24, 2001 as a non-profit organization to provide shelter and supportive services to homeless persons during the day. The mission is to provide comprehensive, community-based outreach services to homeless individuals and families, by creating opportunities that will help break the cycle of homelessness.
The facility gives access to showers, laundry facilities, snacks, use of the telephone, access to the internet, and provides an area were clients can rest and access other services throughout the community. In 2008 Mother Teresa Shelter, Inc. served 54,750 clients.
